Which type of MCB to protect C-Bus dimmers

One weakness of C-Bus dimmers, as I understand it, is that a bulb
blowing can take out a Dimmer Channel.

I'm looking at protecting the O/P of the C-Bus dimmers with 1A MCBs but
not sure what type (B, C or D) to use

What type of MCB would people suggest to protect C-Bus Dimmers?

Type B seem to offer most protection but their appears to be a school of
thought that Type C should be used for lamps... If I were to use Type C
would I still end up blowing the C-Bus Dimmers...

TIA

Nigel
