As I said, they're not MCB's but very slim DIN rail mounted fuseholders
that
take normal "mains plug" sized fuses (which you can get in 1A and
2A
ratings).

Now, I thought that they wouldn't be "quick" enough to protect a
triac
dimmer from disappearing up it's own electronic backside but I'm assured
that in practice they are.

I have been looking to see if I can find these fuseholders on the usual
suspects (TLC - QVS Direct etc.) but no luck so far ... I'll try to give
him
a shout to see where he got them...
