PC Ir receiver that does power on/off

I'm after a Ir receiver for a PC that can do power on and off via the
remote. I guess power on will be either by extra connections to the
PC's power button contacts, or maybe by emulating a keyboard. Power off
could be via LIRC (I'm wanting to use it with Linux)

I'm blown away that EPIA mobos don't include this as standard!
