Any phone that uses Puma's Intellisync product will sync with Notes.
This includes Blackberry; Intellisync is widely OEM'ed, and may even
be shipped with some Windows mobile devices judging by Intellisync's
website.

Nokia's PC suite syncs with Notes, so you should be able to use most
Symbian Series 40 and Series 60 phones.

Can't vouch for the quality of either, I'm afraid.
