RE: Is B&Q sat cable ct100?

thanks for the replies everyone.

I might just have a word with the installer to see if I can run his cable
through the loft as it will make it much easier for him to do the rest. my
only puttoff about it is that my father-in-law has recently had multiroom
intalled and they put in some white twin coax which was very thin. havent
seen inside the cable so I cant confirm if its shielded or not but Id hope
it is!=20=20

Ill get some of that cable from TLC as I need to do some other runs around
the house later anyway and if the cable from sky is crap I can always
replace it with the tlc stuff.

PS, I did search the archive first and noticed the thread cambell pointed
out but the stuff in B&Q now isnt marked as dct100. the only code it
has is
some random B&Q numbers and it just says "sat cable" on
it.=20

Thanks again

Stu

Ouch.

www.tlc-direct.co.uk ~=A320 will get you 100m of PF100:

Copper foil/braid screen, and a foam insulator (resists water ingress
better).
