The good news was that mine was picked up just after Xmas - still waiting
for the refund though despite copious enotes etc to them -:(

I did vow not to use them a long time ago because of their attrocious
returns system, but I relented when I saw the price of the UPS - never

I was in all day today waiting for the courier to show :( I've got 2 of the
