Control Think (http://www.controlthink.com) are
developing a low-cost
ZWave SDK (along with various ZWave network management utilities) which
will be provided with the new Intermatic USB ZWave interface, or will be
available (for a small charge) to use with other ZWave interfaces.  The
current estimate for this to become available is March.

At the same time as the SDK release, the xPL project will make available
its ZWave gateway application for Windows, allowing Zwave devices to be
integrated into an xPL network.

One other thing worth noting is that the new Harmony 895 remote uses
Zwave for it's RF control, making that a great choice for an integrated
system.
