Something to be aware of is some implementations of the Microsoft network
stack ignore any subnet info you assign so if you use the .10 range you can
still get routing issues as even if it tells you otherwise it always
defaults to /16.  Much better to use 192.168.(insert your favourite number
between 2 and 253).0 which "ciders" to a /24 giving a few hundred
address on
the lan instead of a few thousand.
