There are quite a few - and strangely enough I was just looking at this
when the post arrived ..  which has senders/receivers and even a matrix
switcher ... might be a bit more than you need as it carries audio or
PS2 or even USB...

Belkin also make a device called the OmniView CAT5 extender - F1D084 at
about £170 complete
