[OT] Fax to Laser Printer box

At my previous company we used a small modem sized box made by Fujitsu
that attached to an existing HP laser printer and turned it into a fax
(as the overflow fax) - but I can't find the device now - was called a
FaxJet or something but there's so many of things called that now....
I'd really like to get hold of something similar as yet again my inkjet
fax has clogged up.  Not having too much luck finding anything online.
Anyone know of such a standalone box (not a PC application) ?  Even
better if it could connect via Ethernet (rather than parallel port) to
an HP Laser printer.  Must be 'affordable' as I don't use fax much.
