The offer is gone and not without hassle. The distributors got the model
confused and the actual deal was for the L200 not the Idea 500. I am
contacting all relevant parties.

How annoying just as we thought a good deal was reached with the dist. They
let us down like that.

Apologies, the price for the actual model is available off list.

SWMBO will have her way AGAIN !!!

I just bought a Samsung Q1 - wasn't planning on the Acer just yet but it's
quite tempting!

Nope to both. I've not got the Scart working yet, although I've yet to
try it in the socket that the Tivo is currently attached to; I'll try
some reconfiguring tonight and see what I can accomplish.
