Recommendations for a graphics card with RGB or s-video out?

Any recommendations for a PCI (or PCIe) graphics card with a decent TV
out?
It's for the MCE PC, so no need for any fancy gaming specs, just a good
quality picture, ideally RGB or s-Video (they're the only inputs I've got
left on the TV, as the VGA port is annoyingly disabled when the external
tuner box is used).  Alternatively a VGA -> RGB converter, but I've not
found many of those through Google.
