OK thanks. I've got Comfort with the X10 interface, so that can do
some of
the duties of the CM12U, but I have to do some pretty complex decisioning
based on xAP weather data controlling an X10-controlled irrigation system,
so I'll need more than an XM10U....grrrr....

The amended assembler code is working fine with the overheating bug
corrected, apart from the X-10 receive section which is still not working
correctly. Unfortunately, due to conflicting priorities, the project has
been suspended.
An XM10U Two-way Powerline Interface is far more reliable but an
intelligent controller is also required with it. eg. HomeVision.
