Hi Danny,
You're probably thinking of the action pack that's available to Microsoft
partners - http://partner.microsoft.com.
You'll have to signup your business
as a Microsoft partner and subscribe to the action pack.
There's also the Open Value licensing program that effectively allows you
to
rent the software from Microsoft, although this is aimed at businesses with
5 or more PCs. This is aimed at all business types, whereas the partner
programme is for IT related businesses (consultants, system builders etc).
