We use it in the office (about 40 users in the UK, mainland Europe and
the
US).  Whilst voice is nearly always perfect, voice and vid can be a little
less reliable - the vid must take up a big chunk of bandwidth, so I guess
that's what causes the voice drop out on a video call.  It's still not bad
though (the office only has a 2Mb leased line).  We use various Creative
webcams, never had a problem with them.
