Assuming you are after a refund then yes, as it was a misshipped/incorrect
part, you should get postage refunded both ways (see my previous email). If
you want them to send you the correct part then they should refund your
return postage but ship you the correct unit "for free".

It's not worth the hassle for them to argue really ... Just tell them
Trading Standards will be contacting them if they get shirty. ;-)
