RE: PDA slots



I'd have thought that most PDAs these days have either Bluetooth,
wifi,
or both for wireless connection...

has anybody, by any chance, tried having terminals around the house into

which PDAs could be plugged ... not only for easy synchronising, but
also to give access to the HA system ... my thought is that since
everyone these days has a pda or smartphone, then it might make some
sense to integrate them into the HA set-up, and save on some of the
duplication of switches & displays & other facilities ...
