I would assume the cost of rebuilding the 'Node 0' i.e. rack/cabling should
be included in your buildings insurance for the cost of rebuild. If you

accidental cover it would be insured for accidents/damage. I would doubt
that someone would steal the rack/cables :)

If you have equipment in node 0 this would can surely be covered by you
standard contents insurance?  If the value is over a certain amount for a
single item, you may need to specify the item(s).
