the ghosting is most likely cos you're using third party cables,
i used to have some gamevision?! i think it was cables from Game,

Got the same issue, was fuzzy and text you couldnt read.  bought some
proper MS Hidef cables from liksang and perfect!!

Fact I havent got a HD display is beside the point LOL!!
