If you are running them from the master socket to node zero, you just need
a
single pair for each. So you can run the three 'lines' up one cat5 cable.

I have a adsl filter faceplate on my nte5, I run the unfiltered adsl 'line'
up one pair, and the filtered pstn 'line' up another pair. Works flawlessly
on adslmax 8/832.
