Quiet and cool PC case

Hi,

Looking for a PC case to build a PC for HA use. Its going to Spain to help
keep track of a property there so needs to be able to keep cool (also quiet
as it will be in the main living room).

I've had a Silentium T2 ( http://www.arctic-cooling.com/pc_case2.php?idx=12
) recommended but the upgrade path seems to be a bit limited and if the PSU
goes it would be difficult to replace.

An Antec Sonata ( http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=15138
)
seems another possibility.

Any pointers??

John
