I had the Harmony 525 and had it configured to turn 'Lights On' and
'Lights Off' which were really two appliance modules plugged into two
small lamps in the lounge so should be able to do it.

I didn't like their web software (for similar reasons), so reverted back
to my Marantz RC5000's in the end.
