'may be of interest ... just completed a 375Mb download & system
update (taking OSX to 10.4.9) ... in a little over three hours, while
running Mail (receiving & reading & answering e-mail) & Safari
(surfing & accessing some large documents) and editing a largish MS
Word document, all concurrently ... using T-Mobile Web'n'Walk Plus &
the 'E61 & Launch2Net - that's a download speed average of something
over 300kb/s, with the L2N graph hovering around 60.5kB/s all-through
the actual download ... as I write, OSX is busy expanding &
installing ... I expect to be asked to restart at any moment ...
