Windoze, Linux or what?

I do it in Linux with a cron script. It should be possible in Windows,
but would need some research.

One option is to run it as a service with service recovery as restart
the service, although that wouldn't alert you automatically, you'd need
something like an Event Log scan and alert program.

Someone else probably knows just how to do it ...
