I recently bought a Samsung LE40N81 (Far East model) and I am well
pleased
with it. I saw the M series next to it and there was very little difference
so I decided that the lower price one was good enough for me. It all worked
straight out of the box with no setup at all. I am not using the TV tuner
as
I have cable TV so this made it simpler.



If you can go see them side by side somewhere, this will help in your
decision and Ho Yin is correct, the matt screen of the N is much better in
my own opinion.

I did find this yesterday 40" LCD at 699, there is another version at
1399

The major diff is the contrast ratio and audio as far as I can see,
although for 700 quid I'm sure I'd live ;)
