The various VNC variants will allow you to do this. They're all free:

http://www.realvnc.com/
http://www.tightvnc.com/
http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/

and they all interwork with each other. I use tightvnc for this. They
can easily be set to allow remote access without an accept prompt.
