My router. Not flexible enough.

Google search suggests turning off the DNS service on each machine and just
entering details for the sites I want to allow - effectively using the
HOSTS
file to whitelist sites.

I probably want to do it the other way round, just lists sites I don't want
visited, and also it doesn't help with the centralised aspect of my
requirement.
