RE: Central HOSTS file?

Do you want the HOSTS file I currently use then?...

This blocks just about every well known nasty place known to humankind,
including virtually all of the embedded adverts in web pages, so it
usually makes browsing the sites you want to allow quicker as well...

The only downside I've found so far, is that it also blocks some
sponsored links too, including sponsored results in Google searches.

To stop this being too annoying, I have a little VBS file somewhere that
swaps between two different hosts files that I keep on my machines, - If
I want to get to a site that is blocked by this HOSTS file, I just
double-click the icon on my desktop which swaps me over to an empty
hosts file, which therefore blocks nothing.. then when I'm done, I
double-click it again, and it swaps them back for me...

HOSTS file is attached, but I don't have the VBS script handy right now,
but let me know if you'd like it & I'll dig it out...
