For plugging in lamps.  These are powered from the lighting circuit and
are 5A round pin to prevent you plugging in things like vacuums, kettles
etc that would trip the circuit.

Very handy since they are then switched from a normal light switch - so
you don't have to go round turning individual lamps on/off.
