Interesting AppleTV titbit...

Was having a look around to see if anyone was actually pulling apart
the
AppleTV and doing other stuff with it (God I wish it were possible to use
it
to play DVDs off my network server) when I came across this.

Now I thought that HDCP was implemented in hardware which would mean that
if
the AppleTV doesn't have HDCP functionality on its HDMI output now then it
can't be added through firmware updates.
