Have a browse around RS (http://rswww.com) and also the Rittal site
(www.rittal.co.uk). They've both got a wide selection and hopefully
you'll find something to suit :-)

Fibox (www.fibox.com) is another site you might like to have a look at.

IIRC, Nigel Giddings used metal enclosures for his modules (CBus?)
which were originally intended as 3-phase "consumer unit" type
boxes.
You might be able to get a mfr name from one of Nigels photos. Let me
know if you struggle and I'll dig out his personal email address for
you.
