They were pretty useless when I couldn't get VPN passthrough to work
for and
when I suggested they should make a version with an 8 port switch in their
response wasn't "we don't see a market for it", but basically
"what the f***
would you want that for?"

I haven't looked at the forums for a while but that tone of response could
be found quite often a few years back.
