Just looked up the device and it looks like it enables io-
homecontrol operation of a bog standard motor, not link into HA of
an io-homecontrolled window.

I had a look at the connections on the window when it was fitted and
it doesn't look easy to hook into - sealed units under warranty.

I am also puzzled by the fact that the KUX 100 only connects to the
motor with a twin core cable - how does it tell the unit whether to
run up or down??

I did look at whether the rain sensor could be used to control, but
it closes when rain is detected but does not re-open when it dries.
So no go there :-(

Any further ideas?
