I guess you could build up some logic that says IF the window was
previously
open (within 1 hour, 2 hours etc.)AND was closed by the rain sensor THEN
re-open the window when the rain sensor reads "dry"

I did look at whether the rain sensor could be used to control, but
it closes when rain is detected but does not re-open when it dries.
So no go there :-(
