Try the MK Grid range.  I've used them for two gang momentary switches
but the rocker you want sounds like an K4900 but you'd have to confirm
this.  I noticed that letsautomate.com do these and describe them as:

MK GRID PLUS K4900 Momentary Rocker Switch (Click Up, Down, Center)

which sounds right to me.  Not sure if letsautomate do the faceplates
with the MCO part number but these are matt chrome ones in that range.
I got mine from tlc-direct and some from simplyautomate.
