Hi Jim.

I have had a DS106E for a while now.  It works well, although the
network speed is not all that great for a gigabit connected device, I
hope they have fixed that in the newer devices. I have been very
pleased with it overall, I installed the latest firmware yesterday
which has enabled an ITunes server.  I'm using the Synology to server
media to xbmc and a variety of PCs/Macs.

I can recommend Synology and will be buying a DS207 in the future.
