Hmmm, I met a guy years ago - a pilot for south african
airways - who told me they had this system on all the
planes.  He had been on flight where a _very_ fat lady had
sat down and completely sealed the bowl with her bum and in
a short space of time the vacuum in the bowl had welded her
to the thunder box.  Took around 4 people wedged in that
small space to pull her off, helped by the pilot thrusting
his hand between her thighs to release the vacuum.  Doesn't
bear thinking about.:-
