Nice idea... except for one small problem... the fan NEEDS to be
activated BEFORE the flushing.



The way this all works is that a negative pressure is created in cistern
(by the fan extracting air from it) that sucks air out of the bowl (via
the integral overflow)  to prevent smelly air from entering the room. If
the fan isn't activated until the flush then the smell has already had
time to leave the bowl and enter the room.
