Might be worth getting an ATX Psu tester. Maplin do them I think.

As for where you stand on the drives..... If it was the Belkin surge=20=20
protector, do they come with =A320,000 of insurance cover ? Did you buy =
=20
all the components from the same place ?

You may find it a tough job to prove that the PSU was at fault, then=20=20
to prove that it killed 7 HDD drives, you may find it takes a while.
