Brief reply, as I'm running on batteries due to flooding in area!

documents in the electronic sense, are backed up courtesy of Carbonite (no
affiliation).

paper docs / photos/ similar are in sealed bags, and stored as high as
possible!

*all* "abnormal" i.e. expensive stuff is listed on insurance
policy - they
have no reason not to pay out :)

Fingers crossed it wont come to that - - - especially as I'm on the 3rd
floor!
