250 scenes with up to 100 components per scene is the limit if you are
wanting to use scene triggers to trip off scenes without having to handle
anything yourself (beyond defining the scene itself) or pretty much
unlimited if you check for the scene triggers and set the levels yourself
with code in the PAC.

I would however be very concerned if you are launching into a
"job"
(assuming that this isn't your own install as you've referred to it as a
job) which requires that number of input and output units with what appears
to be no knowledge of C-Bus at all...
