When I first saw MS Surface I was under the impression that it was an
extremely clever TFT touchscreen (my mistake!) The demos have always
shown very vibrant images, however when you see actual footage the screens
look like a poor rear projection TV. ISTR a price of $15,000 was
mentioned - and now seeing how it's all done this price is looking
expensive.
Also, the main areas where they seem to want to sell is technology are
bars and restaurants - how the hell are you supposed to get your knees
under the table! :o)
It's still a brilliant idea though!!!

Makes you wonder how long it would be for Apple to apply those multi
touch screens they are using on their new iPhones to something like
this! Then maybe it would be the thickness of an LCD tv rather than an
ottoman!

I bet MS were a little miffed a little at Apple! better late than not at

all.
