Rack faceplate for RS232?

My HA server has 10 serial ports fitted, - 8 of these are provided by
an
'octopus' cable with approx 30cm flyleads.

This is all hanging down the back of the rack, and is frankly, a bit of
a mess...

I'd really like to be able to put them all on a nice 1U rack faceplate
mounted at the back of the rack.

Does anyone know if there is a pre-made item available? I'd consider
making my own, if only I could figure out how the hell to make the
cut-outs...

Cheers.

Paul G.
