Using surface mount chips for breadboarding.

I have a couple of projects in mind I want to try out,
but all which involve using surface mount chips.

Is there somewhere you can get a module that you can
connect a surface mount chip to, that will allow it to be
used for breadboard / veroboards?

thanks

Chris
