Nope - it doesn't mean that at all. It means that you can have the pink
C-Bus cable running in a distribution board alongside mains wiring without
additional physical segregation and still have an appropriate level of
electrical insulation between the two to satisfy the B.C.O.

It *DOESN'T* have anything to do with EMI or RFI.

Same as the Pink C-Bus CAT5 but it doesn't necessarily have a mains rated
sheath...
