What is the problem with the N73?

I am in two minds between getting this or waiting for the n95.  A friend
of mine has the n73 and he said that there is probs with it.

I can resolutely NOT recommend the Nokia N73... biggest sack of sh1te
that ever there was....

The N95 is due to be available "real soon now"; I'm hoping that
one will
be somewhat better...
