Need advice: connecting sonos zone player through mains lan adaptor

I need to install a zone-player in a room which has no cat5 point.
Most
of the house is wired, but not this room. I have tried to get it
working wirelessly, and it won't!! Even though the other wired player
is 40 ft down the corridor!
I was wondering if all attempts at wireless connection fail, does
anyone know if I can use a pair of those mains-plug lan adaptors to
connect it to my ethernet hub? Like along piece of cat5 :-)
If yes.. then which is the best/right one to buy?
Any advice would be most appreciated.
