XBMC Noise - FYI

I haven't gotten round to moving my XBMC yet (because that means
decorating=
first) and so I thought I'd have a dart at replacing the fan with somethin=
g quieter - I chose an 80mm fan (=A34 from ebay). Needs a bit of
dremmelli=
ng at the bottom and the plastic of the HDD holder needs a little
"adjustme=
nt" but works great. I dropped the voltage on the fan down to 7.5v
and use=
about 60% fan speed setting in the xbmc and it seems to be happy enough (c=
an't seem to find a way to display the CPU temperature sensibly) and
whilst=
it isn't silent, it is almost - and quiet enough.

Now got to spend Easter decorating : (
