I did almost the same, 80mm fan, left the voltage as it was, and changed

speed setting to about 20%, - been working fine for ages.

Also, ensure you set the hard disk to spin down (if youre playing media off
the network)

The final step for me will be a solid state drive, once an 8gb drive is a
suitable price I'll be getting one, and then it will be silent :D
