Low Power HTPC PC's

I'm looking at the following as a basis for a new HTPC

Ideally I'd like to use an

AMD Athlon=E2=84=A2 64 X2 Dual-Core 3800+ chip, 65W versions of this chip

ppear
to be easy to find, but 35W is more elusive, has anyone found the 35W
version of this chip ?
